Suzanne Campbell is an experienced HR leader with over 20 years of leadership in high growth companies. Whether its scaling a start up, navigating through a workforce transition or coaching a leader through a pivotal career shift, she’s who you call when the path forward isn’t clear and the stakes are high.

Suzanne has built People and Talent Acquisition functions at high-growth SaaS companies including more recently, FORWARD Platform and Flexe.  She's scaled operations across 26 states, developed compensation frameworks that work, and built remote-first cultures recognized as Best Places to Work. She cut her teeth at Amazon during the explosive early days of e-commerce, launching international sites across Europe and Canada when there was no playbook.

Suzanne doesn't do cookie-cutter HR.
