I am known as The Wrangler because I have always gravitated to help people sort through challenges. I do this as an Executive Coach as well as an HR Consultant and I enjoy a balance of both lines of work.

As a coach, I enjoy working with a broad range of clients - from creatives looking for focus to CEOs and Entrepreneurs striving to become stronger leaders as they build their teams. I am truly interested in all angles of business. My own background in Human Resources gives me a savvy edge in understanding client issues and where they would like to grow. I am talented at helping people find clarity, stay on track and uncover blind spots. Together we will establish development plans that align with business or career goals and transform perspective.

About The Wrangler

Better known as The Wrangler for her ability to partner and lead people through change – Suzanne Campbell has enjoyed developing and engaging employees on all levels to see the business to the next stage of success.

Suzanne has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, benefits management, all aspects of the employee life cycle and enjoys building great work cultures. Suzanne began her career at Amazon in 1998 and played a key role in the launch of multiple international websites and platforms at a pivotal point in the success of e-commerce. She spent 15 years in the housewares industry scaling businesses and growing through multiple acquisitions. Her most recent accomplishment was scaling the Flexe HR team to help them develop and support the business growing from a Series B to series D stage company.

Wrangler & Co has worked with a variety of companies ranging from small business to corporate clients, in industries as varied as tech, bio-tech and consumer products.

Suzanne is also a talented and ICF credentialed coach having studied with the Hudson Institute of Coaching based out of Santa Barbara, CA. She works with clients at all stages of life with a unique focus on leadership development and career transitions. She is certified to work with several developmental tools and loves to explore client strengths.

Suzanne has over 20 years of experience taking start-ups to the next level in the design, manufacturing and retail industries.  She has extensive experience in all aspects of the employee life cycle and is passionate about creating high performance work environments.  She began her career with Amazon.com and played a key role in the launch of multiple international websites and platforms at a pivotable point in the success of ecommerce. After 5 years of working through dramatic growth, she was eager to make an impact in a similar but smaller entrepreneurial platform.  This led her to the housewares industry with the design firm of Chef’n. Through her 12 years at the company, Suzanne helped to grow the Chef’n business by over 500% and headcount growth by 3 fold through her leadership in Human Resources, Intellectual Property, Contract Administration, IT and Facilities Management.  This led to the successful acquisition of Chef’n to Filament Brands.  Suzanne worked closely with the Filament Brands executive team to reorganize and focus the company to embrace a multiple brand portfolio .  Better known over the years as The Wrangler, for her ability to lead people through change – Suzanne has enjoyed developing and engaging employees on all levels to see the business to the next stage of success.
