Better known as The Wrangler for her ability to partner and lead people through change – Suzanne Campbell has enjoyed developing and engaging employees on all levels to see the business to the next stage of success.

Suzanne has over 20 years of experience taking start-ups to the next level in the design, manufacturing and retail industries. She has extensive experience in all aspects of the employee life cycle and is passionate about creating high performance work environments. Suzanne began her career at Amazon and played a key role in the launch of multiple international websites and plaforms at a pivotable point in the success of e-commerce. After 5 years of working through dramatic growth, she was eager to make an impact in a similar but smaller entrepreneurial platform. This led her to the housewares industry with the design firm Chef’n. During her 12 years with the company, Suzanne helped to grow Chef’n sales by over 500% and headcount by 3 fold through her leadership in Human Resources, Intellectual Property, Contract Administration, IT, Facilities Management & Acquisitions. This led to the successful acquisition of Chef’n to Filament Brands and later Lifetime Brands. Suzanne worked closely with the Filament Brands executive team to reorganize and focus the company to embrace a multi-brand portfolio.

Suzanne lives in the Seattle area and enjoys exploring the city’s coffee shops. She has a love for the outdoors and is often out hiking and camping with her family and their German Shepherd – Sparky.
